Directions on how to install a GSG-5 Cocking Tube Buffer

Important Notice! *** Please make sure you have unloaded your GSG-5 and made sure that it is SAFE to disassemble.


1. Illustration #1 - Remove the handguard, loosen the bottom two screws (#2 and #3) and then the one upper left screw (#1).


2. Illustration #2 - Once the #1 screw is remove you should be able to slide out the cocking tube (front)


3. Illustration #3 - Now that you have the cocking tube removed you can align the cocking handle screw up with the hole in the cocking tube (front). Remove the screw and remove the cocking handle.


4. Illustration #4 – Now that you have the cocking inner tube removed you can install the buffer on the inside end of the tube.


5. Follow these instructions in reverse to reassemble your GSG-5. Make sure you test the cocking of your GSG-5 several times and ensure that all of the screws are nice and secure before testing it with live ammo.
